About us

We are clinicians and organisational consultants with years of experience in providing clinical services, training and consultancy in the field of mental health to individuals and organisations.

Our mission is to promote good mental health by making organisations more aware, effective and supportive to the psychological and mental health needs of people who work for them and people they serve, while achieving their core business objectives. We do this through preventive measures, such as the development of a framework within the organisation that both promotes mental health and facilitates the effective management of mental health-related employment situations. We also provide and encourage remedial intervention before problems escalate.

Our experience has taught us that combined clinical and legal expertise are key components of an effective approach.

With Grespi you're in safe hands

Our commitment

Confidentiality

Grespi does not disclose information without an individual patient’s express permission, regardless of whether treatment is funded by individuals, employers or insurers. The right of confidentiality is only outweighed by the duty to share information in exceptional circumstances, above all where there is an immediate risk of harm to the patient or others. Grespi abides by the guidelines of the General Medical Council (GMC).

Complaints

If you are having treatment with one of our clinicians, we encourage you to discuss any dissatisfaction or concern directly with your treating clinician.

Should you wish to make a complaint, please contact us by telephone or in writing. We will try to put things right. If your complaint is not resolved there and then, we will acknowledge your complaint to you in writing within three working days. We will then conduct a timely investigation of your complaint and keep you updated about progress. We will advise you in writing of the outcome once our investigation has been completed.

We always welcome learning from mistakes and feedback, and ensure that learning points are shared with our staff.

Should the complaint not be resolved to your satisfaction, we will refer the matter to the Independent Sector Complaints Adjudication Service (ISCAS) for a review.

Please note that if your complaint relates to a Grespi doctor who is a member of the Independent Doctors Federation (IDF), any matter not resolved to your satisfaction will first be referred to the IDF for review. Should the matter still not be resolved following the IDF review, a further review would be requested from ISCAS.
